I have been using this retin a for years It has transformed my aging, sun damaged skin I love it I started with the .5 and have now graduates to the 1.0 I use it every night with moisturizer over it

I used prescription Retin A for many years. Until recently- I was able to purchase my prescription through my insurance. That changed & I’ve been looking for an alternate to keep hormonal blemishes at bay. This product was recommended to me and I did my research prior to purchasing. It’s a miracle in a tube. It cleared my skin beautifully. It did initially peel ( small skin flakes) . I knew what to expect. Retin A does the same thing and is far more costly. Patience is needed. Use it sparingly as suggested. Be patient. The tube will last & clear problem skin. Additionally, better skin emerges. ....firmer & brighter. I’m very pleased! My new go to! Highly recommend.

I use this three times a week with excellent results. You must start slowly with just a tiny amount and build up tolerance or start with a lower percentage of retinol. I consider this and my moisturizer the most important skin care products. I get compliments all the time on how great my skin looks. I am 56 years old and everyone always thinks I have in my mid 40's. If i could only afford one skin care product this would be it.

I also have used many retinol products, as many others have mentioned. I’m in my mid 50’s and was a sun lover in my younger years. Meaning, I damaged my skin from an early age. I really love this product. It works very well with the rest of my skin care routine. I typically mix this with my moisturizer. A little does go a long way. I waited several months to review this product so I would know for sure if it is working for me. It is pricey, but, you don’t need much to see amazing results. I will continue to use this! Do be careful, as it is strong. If you are new to vitamin A, it can cause havoc on your skin. Peeling is normal for my skin, but, I passed that phase many years ago. My skin can handle a lot now, but, I still do not over do it. I love the creamy texture and that it does not dry out my VERY VERY dry skin as many others have. I will ALWAYS have this in my skin care arsenal! Thank you SkinCeuticals !

This is strong but if used as directed you will have amazing results. I started with a sample of the 0.5 every other night after a week I started this 1 percent 2 times a week with always my la mer soft cream , after a month I’m still doing every other night . I love it my skin is smoother my 11 lines disappeared and my old acne scars are less visible. I’m a skin junkie and I have tried it all but this will change your skin forever!!! Also the night I do not use this I use phyto gel from same company it calm skins .

I have used many different retinoids (from prescription strength RetinA to basic retinols) and this product was the best I have come across in a long time. It is very powerful and will make you peel if you use too much or too often. A little goes a long way and the results are terrific. Just be warned, it is strong and you will likely peel for a few days if you over use it like I did. It is very effective. I will always have this product in my armamentarium of anti-aging products!

I stopped using this product for a few years and BOY did I notice a difference in my skin. I suffered from more breakouts (despite skin on the dryer side) and my skin lacked the glow that it used to have. And now that it doesn't come in that annoying pump that pumped out tiny amounts and didn't work half the time...it's perfect! I LOVE the new packaging even though I probably use more than I need to since it's so easy to dispense. The only con for this product is that it works best if you let it sink in for 30 minutes before applying moisturizer. I tend to wash my face rightbefore bed, so that's kind of annoying. If you've never used retinol before, start with the .5 forumula and work up to the 1.0. Trust me!
