After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of toner and apply over the face and neck. Follow with the appropriate PCA SKIN treatment serums and broad spectrum SPF product in the daytime and moisturizer in the evening.

Toner is a must for Black Skin
Review for Black skin!! Specifying because it's frustrating when you can't tell if the review is for black or brown skin. I switched from the Creamy Cleanser to the Oily/Problem Facial Wash, but kept using this Hydrating Toner. And it works like a dream. Even after cleansing, I see the dirt it can remove that would otherwise be sitting on my face and most likely cause breakout. Now my skin looks alive and has not a single flake insight, but isn't oily or shiny. For my skin, I really recommend this toner combined with the Oily/Problem Facial Wash. My Black Skin PCA Journey: I've been on a PCA journey for a few months now and although pricey, it's been worth every penny for me. I've never had super bad acne problems, but even when using a hydrating cleanser, alcohol free toner, and moisturizer from over the counter, I always often had breakouts and dry flaky skin to the point where at times, I would carry around my face moisturizer with me. So I always assumed I had dry skin. So when I started using the PCA line, I bought products for dry skin. WOW. My skin was glowing and blemishes were very infrequent, but my face was SUPER shiny all the time. Turns out, I actually have pretty oily skin and something about the other cheaper line of products I was using, was drying out my skin. I have oily black skin and right now I use: -PCA Oily/Problem Facial Wash - PCA Hydrating Toner - PCA Clearskin Moisturizer - Colorescience Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield Flex SPF 50 - Deep >> Not PCA - Only use as needed when I'm sun for more than 10-15 mins - PCA Pigment Bar (just starting will review in a month or so) Check out my reviews on these and other PCA products I've tried. Some worked amazingly and some I stopped.
Amazing toner!
I have never used a toner but decided it might be time. My skin is noticeably clearer! I am addicted to this product.

This toner freshens and tingles after applying. My skin feels softer and satiny smooth after applying. I use many of the PCA Skin line!
Nondrying
I have been looking for a toner that didn’t dry my skin out. I have dry skin but is in good condition. I live in northern Minnesota and the winter is long and dry.

I am a new user to PCA products. I absolutely love how clean this makes my skin feel!!! Does not dry my skin out at all!
